目的：对中西医结合治疗在阳虚血瘀型冠心病的治疗有效性进行分析。方法选择本院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的冠心病患者60例，随机分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组采用常规的冠心病西药实施治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予患者采用温阳活血通络中药实施治疗，对比两组患者的治疗有效率与血脂水平。结果观察组的治疗有效率为93.33%，明显优于对照组的80%，观察组血脂水平的改善情况明显优于对照组，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用中西医结合治疗阳虚血瘀型冠心病具有显著的疗效。
목적：대중서의결합치료재양허혈어형관심병적치료유효성진행분석。방법선택본원2012년1월～2014년1월수치적관심병환자60례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조각30례，대조조채용상규적관심병서약실시치료，관찰조재대조조기출상급여환자채용온양활혈통락중약실시치료，대비량조환자적치료유효솔여혈지수평。결과관찰조적치료유효솔위93.33%，명현우우대조조적80%，관찰조혈지수평적개선정황명현우우대조조，차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론채용중서의결합치료양허혈어형관심병구유현저적료효。
Objective To combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Yang deifciency and blood stasis type of CHD. Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital between January 2012 to 1 and January 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group was treating with normal CHD implementation of the western medicine treatment, the observation group was treating on the basis of given this treatment of TCM, compared two groups of patients with blood lipid levels and efficiently. Results The treatment group effective rate was 93.33%, it was signiifcantly better than that in control group 80%, the improvement of blood lipid level in observation group was obviously better than the control group, and had signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The combining of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Yang deifciency and blood stasis type of CHD has signiifcant curative effect.
