目的：探讨自拟扶正汤用于乳腺癌术后放疗骨髓抑制反应防治的临床效果。方法选取乳腺癌术后行放疗患者80例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各40例；其中对照组患者给予利血生治疗，观察组患者则在此基础上再给予自拟扶正汤治疗；比较两组患者治疗过程中轻、重度骨髓抑制发生率及重组人粒细胞刺激因子使用量等。结果观察组患者治疗过程中轻、重度骨髓抑制发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗过程中重组人粒细胞刺激因子使用量显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论自拟扶正汤用于乳腺癌术后放疗可有效降低骨髓抑制反应发生风险及严重程度，减轻患者经济负担，具有临床应用价值。
목적：탐토자의부정탕용우유선암술후방료골수억제반응방치적림상효과。방법선취유선암술후행방료환자80례，채용수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조，매조각40례；기중대조조환자급여리혈생치료，관찰조환자칙재차기출상재급여자의부정탕치료；비교량조환자치료과정중경、중도골수억제발생솔급중조인립세포자격인자사용량등。결과관찰조환자치료과정중경、중도골수억제발생솔현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；관찰조환자치료과정중중조인립세포자격인자사용량현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론자의부정탕용우유선암술후방료가유효강저골수억제반응발생풍험급엄중정도，감경환자경제부담，구유림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical preventive effect of self-made Fuzheng decoction for bone marrow inhibition reaction from radiotherapy after breast cancer operation. Methods 80 patients with radiotherapy after breast cancer operation were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups including control group (40 patients) with leucogen treatment and observation group (40 patients) with self-made Fuzheng decoction on the basis of control group;and the incidence of bone marrow suppression with light and severe degree and Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor usage of both groups were compared. Results The incidence of bone marrow suppression with light and severe degree and the Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor usage in the observation group was signiifcantly lower than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Fuzheng decoction in treatment of patients with radiotherapy after breast cancer operation could efifciently reduce the risk and degree of bone marrow inhibition reaction and lighten patients’ economic burden. Therefore, our self-made Fuzheng decoction was worthy of being applicated.
