为改善薄膜的表面张力，在双向拉伸聚丙烯（BOPP）薄膜中添加一种自制的爽滑抗粘连母料，并与添加进口爽滑抗粘连母料的BOPP薄膜进行对比。结果表明：自制爽滑抗粘连母料对薄膜的表面张力有明显改善，在跟踪期内，表面张力均不小于38mN/m，后期趋于平稳，利于后续加工；对薄膜的摩擦性能也有一定积极作用，利于储存堆码与塑料袋的开口和灌装，内侧摩擦因数最小能达到0.16；对薄膜光学性能有负面影响，但并不影响薄膜使用。

Self-made?slip?and?anti-adhesion?masterbatch?was?added?into?biaxial?oriented?polypropylene?(BOPP)?film?to?improve?the?surface?tension?of?the?film.?Properties?of?the?film?were?compared?with?those?of?BOPP?film?with?a?imported?slip?and?anti-adhesion?masterbatch.?The?results?show?that?the?surface?tension?of?BOPP?film?with?self-made?slip?and?anti-adhesion?masterbatch?is?improved?obviously.?The?surface?tension?is?not?less?than?38?mN/m?during?the?tracking?period,and?it?levels?off?later,which?was?beneficial?to?the?subsequent?processing.?It?has?a?certain?positive?influence?on?friction?properties?of?the?film,which?is?favorable?to?storage?and?stacking,and?anti-blocking?and?filling?of?plastic?bags.?The?minimum?of?the?internal?friction?coefficient?is?0.16.?The?improved?surface?tension?has?negative?effect?on?the?optical?properties?of?the?film,but?does?not?affect?the?application?of?the?film.
