以苯酚和多聚甲醛为原料合成可发性液态酚醛树脂,考察了催化剂、甲醛与苯酚摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间和甲醛捕捉剂对酚醛树脂中游离甲醛含量及酚醛树脂黏度的影响。结果表明:以复合催化剂作为催化剂,用量为苯酚质量的5%,采用逐步升温工艺,在60~70℃条件下反应3.0h,80℃条件下反应2.5h,添加盐酸羟胺与尿素组成的复合甲醛捕捉剂于80℃继续反应0.5h,得到的可发性液态酚醛树脂的游离甲醛质量分数为0.12%,黏度为3.97Pa·s。
以苯酚和多聚甲醛為原料閤成可髮性液態酚醛樹脂,攷察瞭催化劑、甲醛與苯酚摩爾比、反應溫度、反應時間和甲醛捕捉劑對酚醛樹脂中遊離甲醛含量及酚醛樹脂黏度的影響。結果錶明:以複閤催化劑作為催化劑,用量為苯酚質量的5%,採用逐步升溫工藝,在60~70℃條件下反應3.0h,80℃條件下反應2.5h,添加鹽痠羥胺與尿素組成的複閤甲醛捕捉劑于80℃繼續反應0.5h,得到的可髮性液態酚醛樹脂的遊離甲醛質量分數為0.12%,黏度為3.97Pa·s。

A?foaming?liquid?phenolic?resin?was?synthesized?from?phenol?and?paraformaldehyde.?The?effects?of?the?catalyst,the?molar?ratio?of?formaldehyde?to?phenol,reaction?temperature,reaction?time?and?the?formaldehyde?capture?agent?on?free?formaldehyde?content?and?the?viscosity?of?the?phenolic?resin?were?investigated.?The?results?show?that?the?foaming?liquid?phenolic?resin?obtained?has?free?formaldehyde?mass?content?of?0.12%?and?viscosity?of?3.97?Pa·s?when?the?composite?catalyst?is?used?as?the?catalyst?and?its?dosage?is?5%?of?phenol?mass?with?gradual?heating?process,that?is,the?reaction?is?performed?at?60-70?℃?for?3.0?hours,80?℃?for?2.5?hours, then?80?℃?for?half?an?hour?after?adding?hydroxylamine?hydrochloride-urea?composite?formaldehyde?capture?agent.
