制备了一种新型高氢调敏感性乙烯淤浆聚合用催化剂(简称SEL催化剂)。考察了SEL催化剂的组成、粒子形态,催化乙烯均聚合与共聚合的性能,以及用其制备的聚乙烯的性能,并与商业化的同类型进口催化剂(简称参比催化剂)进行了对比。结果表明:SEL催化剂中钛含量高而镁含量低,粒径分布窄,颗粒形态规整;SEL催化剂催化乙烯聚合时氢调敏感性好,氢气分压为0.48MPa,乙烯分压为0.25MPa时,聚乙烯熔体流动速率达226.10g/10min;SEL催化剂催化乙烯与1-己烯共聚合的性能和聚乙烯粉料中细粉含量等均优于参比催化剂。
製備瞭一種新型高氫調敏感性乙烯淤漿聚閤用催化劑(簡稱SEL催化劑)。攷察瞭SEL催化劑的組成、粒子形態,催化乙烯均聚閤與共聚閤的性能,以及用其製備的聚乙烯的性能,併與商業化的同類型進口催化劑(簡稱參比催化劑)進行瞭對比。結果錶明:SEL催化劑中鈦含量高而鎂含量低,粒徑分佈窄,顆粒形態規整;SEL催化劑催化乙烯聚閤時氫調敏感性好,氫氣分壓為0.48MPa,乙烯分壓為0.25MPa時,聚乙烯鎔體流動速率達226.10g/10min;SEL催化劑催化乙烯與1-己烯共聚閤的性能和聚乙烯粉料中細粉含量等均優于參比催化劑。
