医院工会组织是医院各部门职工自发创建的一种管理组织,是群众与党之间联系的重要纽带。当前和谐医院在构建过程中,应当充分发挥工会组织的建设性作用。本文主要从三级医院发展的视角,探讨如何合理运用工会组织的作用推动现代化和谐医院的建设进程。
醫院工會組織是醫院各部門職工自髮創建的一種管理組織,是群衆與黨之間聯繫的重要紐帶。噹前和諧醫院在構建過程中,應噹充分髮揮工會組織的建設性作用。本文主要從三級醫院髮展的視角,探討如何閤理運用工會組織的作用推動現代化和諧醫院的建設進程。

Hospital trade union is one of organization for management in hospital, spontaneously set up by staff member of each department as the important liaison of communication between the masses and the communist Party. Currently in the process of building a harmonious hospital, we should give full play to trade union organizations and constructive role. This article, mainly from the perspective of tertiary hospital development, discusses how to reasonably make full use of the role of trade union organizations to push forward the process of construction to modernize hospitals with harmoniousness.
