在常规弹性支点法的基础上，提出迭代计算m值的改进方法，并结合南京某地铁站深基坑工程，将2种计算方法与实测数据进行对比分析。结果表明：改进后的弹性支点法能够一定程度上模拟基坑支护结构变形过程中坑内土体和支护结构之间相互作用的变化，更接近实际情况；m值的迭代变化对基坑变形有较好的预测，在以变形为控制的计算理论中具有积极的意义。
在常規彈性支點法的基礎上，提齣迭代計算m值的改進方法，併結閤南京某地鐵站深基坑工程，將2種計算方法與實測數據進行對比分析。結果錶明：改進後的彈性支點法能夠一定程度上模擬基坑支護結構變形過程中坑內土體和支護結構之間相互作用的變化，更接近實際情況；m值的迭代變化對基坑變形有較好的預測，在以變形為控製的計算理論中具有積極的意義。

An improved method for iterative calculation of the m value is proposed based on the conventional flexibility fulcrum method. In a case study of a deep foundation pit at a subway station in Nanjing City, the results of the two calculation methods were compared with observed data. The results show that the improved flexibility fulcrum method can simulate the changes of the interaction between soil and the supporting structure during the deformation of the supporting structure to a certain extent, which is closer to the reality. The iterative method can better predict the deformation of the foundation pit, which is helpful to the computation theory based on the controlled deformation.
