Tientsin Land Investment Co. Ltd was the first and largest real estate development company which had great influence in modern Tianjin. In this paper, as a representative of real estate industry in Tianjin, we discuss the significant ef ects of Tientsin Land Investment Co. Ltd on the history of Tianjin, urban construction and real estate industry by studying its establishment, evolution, management and examples of urban construction.
