煤矿开采过程中，因为施工环境的特殊性，存在很多不安全因素，虽然现在更多的逐渐增强了对施工安全管理的重视，但是安全事故依然居高不下。为保证煤矿开采的安全进行，必须要结合煤矿开采的特点，确定其中存在的问题，对不完全因素进行分析，并在此基础上采取有效的措施进行解决。本文分析了煤矿开采过程中存在的不安全因素，并提出了相应的管理措施。

During coal mining process, many unsafe factors exist because of the special nature of the construction. Though the construction safety management has been gradually strengthened, the safety accidents rate is still high. To ensure the safety of coal mining, the existent problems lying therein must be specified in combination with the characteristics of coal mining, and the incomplete factors must be analyzed. Effective measures shall be taken to solve the problems based on this. This paper analyzes the unsafe factors existing in the process of coal mining, and put forward corresponding management measures.
