大多数北方电厂夏季通常在空冷单元内部加装喷雾增湿系统,存在空冷单元下部局部温度偏高,使喷雾效果欠佳等问题。对此,基于电厂实际数据,对某600 MW机组空冷单元喷雾增湿系统建立三维模型,模拟喷雾增湿系统分别在空冷单元传统机械通风方式和旋流通风方式下对空冷单元换热的影响。结果表明,旋流通风下的喷雾增湿效果明显优于传统机械通风方式。

In summer,installing the spray humidification system in air-cooled condenser unit has become se-lection of the most power plants in northern China.However,some problems still exist,like local high tem-perature at the bottom of air-cooled unit,which causes poor effect of the spray.Thus,on the basis of the ac-tual operation data,a three-dimensional model for a 600 MW unit was established.Through changing the conventional mechanical ventilation method to swirling ventilation,the effect of spray humidification sys-tem on heat transfer characteristics of air-cooled unit under swirling ventilation with straight blade was simulated.The result shows that the effect of spray humidification under swirling ventilation is obviously better than that under the conventional mechanical ventilation.
