建立机组热力系统和低压缸-低压回热开口热力系统,联立2个热力系统的热平衡方程式消去共有的凝汽器冷源损失,求出给水泵焓升带入给水的能量,进而得到给水泵的轴功率和驱动给水泵汽轮机(小汽轮机)的实际内功率,在线监测给水泵的效率和小汽轮机的相对内效率,从而实现汽动给水泵组性能的在线监测,并将该方法应用于某台660 MW汽轮机组的性能检测。结果表明,该方法与热力学计算方法吻合较好,可实时进行数据采集和处理,在线监测、分析汽动给水泵组的性能变化。

The open thermodynamic systems of the whole steam turbine and the low pressure (LP)cylinder-LP regenerative heater were established.By building up the simultaneous equations of these two systems, the common cold end loss of the condenser was reduced and the energy that the enthalpy rise of feedwater pump brought to the feedwater was calculated.Thus,the shaft power of the feedwater pump and the actual inner power of the auxiliary turbine can be obtained.So the pump efficiency and the relative internal effi-ciency of the small turbine can be online monitored.Application of this method on a 660 MW unit shows that,this method had the capability of real time collecting data and monitoring performance changes of the turbine driven feed pump set.
