提出一种新型非对称翅片管式换热器,通过不同工况的实验,研究其传热过程和传热效果,并通过计算传热系数比较其与环状翅片管管束和光管管束的传热性能。结果表明:非对称翅片管对流体的扰动强于环状翅片管和光管;相同参数条件下,非对称翅片管换热器的换热效果优于环状翅片管和光管式换热器;采取相同面积的换热面,非对称翅片管换热器比环状翅片管换热器更加紧凑。

A new kind of asymmetrical finned tube heat exchanger was designed.The heat transfer process and effect of the asymmetrical finned tube were experimentally studied under four working conditions.Mo-reover,its heat transfer performance was compared with that of the ring-fin tube and smooth tube,through the heat transfer coefficient calculation.The results show that,this asymmetrical finned tube does stronger disturbance to the flow than the ring-fin tube and smooth tube,it has better heat transfer effect than the other two tubes,and with the same heating surface area,it is more compact than the ring-fin tube.
