针对太阳能集热管内强化对流换热的突出问题,应用场协同理论,采用铜丝制成多叶螺旋线圈内插元件,对双叶螺旋线圈和三叶螺旋线圈增强流道管壁与工质之间的换热性能进行了实验研究。结果表明:多叶螺旋线圈管道内协同角余弦值 cosβ增大,对流换热场协同数Fc较空管有大幅提升,速度场和温度场具有良好的协同性;在以水为工质的定热流工况下(240<Re<2300),内置三叶螺旋线圈综合换热效果最好。
針對太暘能集熱管內彊化對流換熱的突齣問題,應用場協同理論,採用銅絲製成多葉螺鏇線圈內插元件,對雙葉螺鏇線圈和三葉螺鏇線圈增彊流道管壁與工質之間的換熱性能進行瞭實驗研究。結果錶明:多葉螺鏇線圈管道內協同角餘絃值 cosβ增大,對流換熱場協同數Fc較空管有大幅提升,速度場和溫度場具有良好的協同性;在以水為工質的定熱流工況下(240<Re<2300),內置三葉螺鏇線圈綜閤換熱效果最好。
침대태양능집열관내강화대류환열적돌출문제,응용장협동이론,채용동사제성다협라선선권내삽원건,대쌍협라선선권화삼협라선선권증강류도관벽여공질지간적환열성능진행료실험연구。결과표명:다협라선선권관도내협동각여현치 cosβ증대,대류환열장협동수Fc교공관유대폭제승,속도장화온도장구유량호적협동성;재이수위공질적정열류공황하(240<Re<2300),내치삼협라선선권종합환열효과최호。
To solve the prominent problem of convective heat transfer enhancement in solar collector tubes, experimental investigation on enhancing heat transfer between tube well and medium by copper inserts with double multiple spiral coils and three multiple spiral coils was conducted,by using field synergy theory.The results show that,the convective field synergy number Fc increases sharply with the synergy angle cosine cosβin the multiple spiral coils tubes.Moreover,the velocity field and temperature field also show a good cooperativity.The working fluid with three spiral coils has the best comprehensive heat trans-fer performance,under the condition with constant heat flow (240<Re<2 300)for the experiment with water as the medium.
