对6年生滨梅实生后代的结实性状进行调查与分析,结果发现,滨梅实生后代变异较大,其中果实成熟期从6月底7月初至9月上中旬,最多相差2个月左右,平均果重2.458±0.635 g,株产量1.18±0.88 kg,折合单位面积产量0.54±0.34 kg/m2,果肉含量86.81%±3.13%,可溶性固形物含量12.86%±1.14%,有机酸含量0.95%±0.27%,固酸比14.55±4.31,色价1.04±0.48,除了果肉含量的变异系数小于5%、可溶性固形物含量(TSS)的变异系数小于10%,其他性状指标的变异系数都在20%以上,最高达到74.58%。根据平均果重、产量、可溶性固形物含量、固酸比以及综合性状指标,初步筛选出了18株滨梅优良种质,并确定了1-9、2-37、7-4、7-10和9-25作为最优单株,建议进行扩繁研究。

The main fruiting characters of 6-year old beach plum seedling progenies were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the seedling progenies had great variability.The fructescence was from late June or early July to early and middle of September, and the most difference reached about two months. The average fruit weight was 2.458 ±0.635 g and the yield per plant was 1.18 ±0.88 kg ( equal to 0.54 ±0. 34 kg per square meter ) .The flesh content was 86 .81%±3 .13%, the total soluble solids ( TSS ) content was 12.86%±1.14%and the titratable acidity content was 0.95%±0.27%with the TSS-Acid ratio of 14.55 ± 4.31.The color value was 1.04 ±0.48.The variation coefficient of flesh content was less than 5%, and that of TSS was less than 10%, while those of the other characters were all more than 20%( the maximum reached 74.58%).According to the analysis results of these fruiting characters, eighteen elite germplasms were pre-liminarily screened out, among which, five excellent individuals, 1-9, 2-37, 7-4, 7-10 and 9-25, were confirmed for further research.
