为探索不同品种苹果对苹小卷叶蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响,在温度(26±1)℃、相对湿度(80±5)%、光周期L∶D=16 h∶8 h的室内条件下,测定了苹小卷叶蛾在小国光、大国光、红玉、祝光、红星和金帅上的发育历期、存活率和产卵量,并组建了其各自的生命周期表。结果显示,苹小卷叶蛾在6个品种上的发育历期差异显著,全世代发育历期以小国光最短(33.95 d),以红玉最长(39.76 d);平均单雌产卵量以红玉最高(107.24粒),小国光次之(85.00粒);而存活率则无显著差异。生命表参数中净生殖率(R0)、内禀增长率(rm)和周限增长率(λ)均以小国光最高,世代平均周期(T)和种群加倍时间(Dt)以小国光最短,表明6种试验品种中小国光是苹小卷叶蛾最适宜的寄主品种。

위탐색불동품충평과대평소권협아생장발육화번식적영향,재온도(26±1)℃、상대습도(80±5)%、광주기L∶D=16 h∶8 h적실내조건하,측정료평소권협아재소국광、대국광、홍옥、축광、홍성화금수상적발육력기、존활솔화산란량,병조건료기각자적생명주기표。결과현시,평소권협아재6개품충상적발육력기차이현저,전세대발육력기이소국광최단(33.95 d),이홍옥최장(39.76 d);평균단자산란량이홍옥최고(107.24립),소국광차지(85.00립);이존활솔칙무현저차이。생명표삼수중정생식솔(R0)、내품증장솔(rm)화주한증장솔(λ)균이소국광최고,세대평균주기(T)화충군가배시간(Dt)이소국광최단,표명6충시험품충중소국광시평소권협아최괄의적기주품충。
To examine the effects of different apple varieties on growth, development and reproduction of Adoxophyes orana, the developmental duration, survival rate and fecundity of Adoxophyes orana on six apple varieties ( Janet, Giant Janet, Jonathan, Zhuguang, Starkrimson and Golden Delicious) were measured under laboratory conditions of (26 ±1)℃, (80 ±5)% RH and photoperiod of 16L∶8D.And respective life tables were established.The results showed that the developmental duration of Adoxophyes orana exhibited significant differences on six apple varieties, among which, that on Janet was the shortest (33.95 d) and that on Jona-than was the longest (39.76 d).The average fecundity on Jonathan was the highest (107.24 eggs/female), followed by Janet (85.00 eggs/female).However, there was no significant difference on the survival rate. The parameters such as net reproduction rate ( R0 ) , intrinsic rate of increase ( rm ) and finite rate of increase (λ) were the greatest on Janet, and the mean generation time ( T) and population doubling time ( Dt ) on Janet were the shortest.It indicated that Janet was the best host plant for Adoxophyes orana among the six vari-eties.
