通过盆栽试验,研究施硒对3个花生品种营养生长、生理特性及品质的影响。结果表明:土壤基施硒3 mg/kg,花育25、山花7号和山花8号在开花下针期主茎高、分枝数、根干重、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b都高于对照,而类胡萝卜素、叶绿素a/b都低于对照;结荚期叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性,可溶性蛋白含量均显著高于对照。因此,土壤施硒有利于花生植株生理代谢,促进植株生长发育。

통과분재시험,연구시서대3개화생품충영양생장、생리특성급품질적영향。결과표명:토양기시서3 mg/kg,화육25、산화7호화산화8호재개화하침기주경고、분지수、근간중、협록소a、협록소b、협록소a+b도고우대조,이류호라복소、협록소a/b도저우대조;결협기협편SOD、POD、CAT활성,가용성단백함량균현저고우대조。인차,토양시서유리우화생식주생리대사,촉진식주생장발육。
The effects of applying selenium on vegetative growth, physiological characteristics and quality of three peanut varieties, Huayu 25, Shanhua 7 and Shanhua 8, were studied through pot experiment.The re-sults showed that basal application of 3 mg/kg selenium, the main stem height, branch number, root dry weight, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b of three peanut varieties were all higher than those of control during flowering and pegging stage, while the carotenoids, chlorophyll a/b were lower than those of control;the SOD, POD, CAT activities and soluble protein content in leaves of three peanut varieties were significantly higher than those of control at pot-setting stage.Therefore, applying selenium was conducive to physiological metabolism, growth and development of peanut.
