目的：研究淋巴结核患者外周血CD4＋CD25 high FoxP3＋调节性T淋巴细胞（Treg）和干扰素γ（IFN-γ）、白细胞介素10（IL-10）水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞仪对100例淋巴结核患者及30名正常人外周血CD4＋CD25highFoxP3＋Treg和IFN-γ、IL-10水平进行检测。结果淋巴结核患者组与正常对照组比较，外周血CD4＋CD25highFoxP3＋Treg和IL-10水平均升高（P＜0．05），而IFN-γ水平则降低（P＜0．05）。在干酪样型、增殖型和混合型3种类型的淋巴结核病之间各指标差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论淋巴结核患者细胞免疫功能明显异常。CD4＋CD25highFoxP3＋Treg和IFN-γ、IL-10在淋巴结核的发病过程中发挥了重要作用。
목적：연구림파결핵환자외주혈CD4＋CD25 high FoxP3＋조절성T림파세포（Treg）화간우소γ（IFN-γ）、백세포개소10（IL-10）수평적변화급림상의의。방법채용류식세포의대100례림파결핵환자급30명정상인외주혈CD4＋CD25highFoxP3＋Treg화IFN-γ、IL-10수평진행검측。결과림파결핵환자조여정상대조조비교，외주혈CD4＋CD25highFoxP3＋Treg화IL-10수평균승고（P＜0．05），이IFN-γ수평칙강저（P＜0．05）。재간락양형、증식형화혼합형3충류형적림파결핵병지간각지표차이균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론림파결핵환자세포면역공능명현이상。CD4＋CD25highFoxP3＋Treg화IFN-γ、IL-10재림파결핵적발병과정중발휘료중요작용。
Objective To study the changes of peripheral blood CD4 +CD25 high FoxP3 +regulatory T lymphocytes (Treg)and interferon gamma (IFN-γ),interleukin 10 (IL-10)levels of patients with lymph tuberculosis and their clinical significance.Methods The levels of peripheral blood CD4 +CD25 high FoxP3 +Treg,IFN- γand IL-10 of 100 lymph tuberculosis patients and 30 healthy subjects were determined by flow cytometry.Results Compared with the healthy controls,the levels of peripheral blood CD4 +CD25highFoxP3 +Treg and IL-10 levels in lymph tuberculosis group increased with statistical significance (P<0.05 ),while IFN-γlevel decreased (P<0.05 ).Among the caseous, proliferation and mixed types of lymph tuberculosis,there was no significant difference (P>0.05 ).Conclusions Cellular immune function is significantly abnormal in patients with lymph tuberculosis.CD4 +CD25 high FoxP3 +Treg, IFN-γand IL-10 play important roles in the onset process of lymph tuberculosis.
