随机抽取国产超深井用140钢级139.7 mm×12.09 mm 和177.8 mm×12.65 mm 的套管各3支进行模拟井射孔试验,对射孔前后套管材料的力学性能、微观组织及几何尺寸进行了对比检测,并以实测参数建模,运用有限元方法分析了射孔后套管的挤毁强度。试验及检验结果表明:6支套管在射孔后均未见宏观裂纹,材料的力学性能及套管尺寸参数满足相关标准要求;139.7 mm ×12.09 mm 套管在175℃的井底高温下抗挤强度下降14.4%,177.8 mm×12.65 mm 套管在175℃的井底高温下抗挤强度下降11.7%。测试的140钢级套管射孔后的各项性能满足油田使用要求。

Six casings are randomly chosen from two different 140ksi casings,the specifications are139.7 mm×12.09 mm and 177.8 mm×12.65 mm,then perforating in model well.Nechanical properties,microstructure and geometry of the casing material are compared before and after per-foration.The finite element model is established according to the actual parameters after perfora-ting to analyze the casing collapsing strength.The results show that there is no macroscopic crack on the surface of all the six casings;mechanical test results of the material and casing size parame-ters also meets the relevant standards.The collapse strength decreased by approximately 14.4%at 175 ℃ for casing which specifications is 139.7 mm×12.09 mm.The collapse strength de-creased by approximately 11.7% at 175 ℃ for casing which specifications is 177.8 mm×12.65 mm.So the perforating performances of this 140 ksi casing meet the requirements of oilfield.
