针对采油树管道计算其固有频率和模态振型,在此基础上分析其在波浪谱曲线激励下的振动情况。结果表明:在输油管道和转换通道末端是振动幅度最大的部位,主振方向为 x 方向;横向波浪谱对结构振动的影响远大于纵向波浪谱;生产主阀处的应力最大,输油管道上端弯头处的应变最大。通过增大管道直径和壁厚、减小弯头数量、增加管道支吊架等措施提高管道刚度,以达到减小管道振动的目的。
針對採油樹管道計算其固有頻率和模態振型,在此基礎上分析其在波浪譜麯線激勵下的振動情況。結果錶明:在輸油管道和轉換通道末耑是振動幅度最大的部位,主振方嚮為 x 方嚮;橫嚮波浪譜對結構振動的影響遠大于縱嚮波浪譜;生產主閥處的應力最大,輸油管道上耑彎頭處的應變最大。通過增大管道直徑和壁厚、減小彎頭數量、增加管道支弔架等措施提高管道剛度,以達到減小管道振動的目的。

For pipelines of Christmas tree,the natural frequencies and modal shapes of pipelines were calculated,then,the response spectrum by the wave was calculated based on the result of the modal analysis.And the conclusion shows that the largest vibration amplitude happens on the end of pipeline,the main vibration direction is x direction,and the influence of transverse wave spec-trum is much greater than that of longitudinal wave,besides,the maximum stress occurs on the main valve,and the maximum strain happens on the upper elbow of the oil pipelines.The vibration can be reduced by enhancing the stiffness of the pipelines based on increasing the diameter and wall thickness of the pipes,reducing the number of elbows and installing pipe hangers.
