对人字形波纹板进行流体分布数值模拟,获得了波纹板式传热元件流动分配区、主传热区的流场。引入流动分布参数描述流动分布均匀程度,给出了波纹板传热区流动分布特征参数大小。计算结果表明,介质在流道内分布不均匀程度较高,而进口导流区对流体流动分布具有显著影响。

The fluid distribution of chevron-type plate was conducted,and the flow field of flow distribution zone and the main heat transfer zone of chevron-type plate heat transfer components are obtained.The flow distribution parameters are introduced to describe the uniformity degree of flow distribution,and the flow distribution parameters of chevron-type plate heat transfer zone are given.The results show that the non-uniformity distribution in the flow passage is higher, and the diversion zone of inlet has a significant influence on the fluid flow distribution.
