为降低侧钻小井眼钻井作业风险,提高固井质量,针对118 mm 井眼研制了一种机械式随钻扩孔工具。对比计算了传动轴结构强度,分析了切削齿布齿参数对工具破岩效率的影响,并进行了现场试验。该扩孔工具尺寸合理,结构可靠,与常规钻井工具及工艺匹配。现场使用结果证明,扩孔工具可满足套管内侧钻井随钻扩孔工艺技术要求。

In order to reduce risk of drilling side-tracked small hole and improve cementing quality, a kind of mechanic reamer for 118 mm hole was developed.It is connected with bit directly, which realizes reaming while drilling.The torsional strength of shaft by contrasting was calculat-ed.It also analyzed how cutter distribution parameters affected rock breaking efficiency.It has been tested in field successfully.This tool has reasonable size and stable structure.It matches con-ventional drilling technology and tools.The result shows that it can meet the technical require-ment of drilling side-tracked small hole.
