针对当前抽油机出厂检验和型式试验中采用在驴头悬点加载重锤的方法进行试验的问题,研发了抽油机光杆电控加载及功图再现系统,解决了抽油机光杆弹性变形带来的功图形变的问题,使抽油机上下冲程的载荷得到控制,并可将现场抽油机的功图完整再现到试验抽油机的工作上,保证了抽油机检验试验的准确性。该系统能够在非井场实现真实油井的光杆载荷和位移,得到与现场抽油机同样工况,便于抽油机出厂前的检验以及示功图设备的实际检测,为实现油田数字化管理技术的进步提供保障。
針對噹前抽油機齣廠檢驗和型式試驗中採用在驢頭懸點加載重錘的方法進行試驗的問題,研髮瞭抽油機光桿電控加載及功圖再現繫統,解決瞭抽油機光桿彈性變形帶來的功圖形變的問題,使抽油機上下遲程的載荷得到控製,併可將現場抽油機的功圖完整再現到試驗抽油機的工作上,保證瞭抽油機檢驗試驗的準確性。該繫統能夠在非井場實現真實油井的光桿載荷和位移,得到與現場抽油機同樣工況,便于抽油機齣廠前的檢驗以及示功圖設備的實際檢測,為實現油田數字化管理技術的進步提供保障。

According to the existing horse head mounting points load hammer test problems for the oil pumping machine’s factory inspection and type test problem,a polished rod of the pumping u-nits electric control loading and diagram representation system was developed.It could solve dia-gram deformation caused by the oil pumping polished rod elastic deformation,make the pumping unit on the up and down stroke load control,and can be completely reproduced the diagram of the pumping unit,ensure the accuracy of machine oil pumping test.The system can realize the real well polished rod load and displacement off-site,attain the same conditions with on-site pumping, make test of pumping units before leaving the factory and the actual detection of indicator diagram equipment.It is a powerful means for digitalizing management progress of petroleum enterprise.
