目的：了解武汉市男男性行为人群一般人口学特征，艾滋病相关知识掌握情况以及其性行为发生情况。方法：在武汉市首次采用滚雪球的调查方法调查武汉市男男性行为的人群，先对“种子”进行调查并发放招募卡，招募其他男男性行为人群进行调查，对参与调查者给与一定的报酬以保持调查链的连续。结果：本次共调查456人，其中有效问卷436份，问卷有效率为95.61％。调查发现，男男性行为人群年龄段主要为20～40岁之间，63．53％的人认为自己是同性恋，45．87％的人活动类型为网络型。学历不同，男男性行为人群对艾滋病相关知识掌握情况差异较大，最近一次男男性行为人群与男性发生性行为安全套使用率为68．83％。结论：男男性行为人群年龄主要为青壮年情况阶段，他们对艾滋病知识有一定了解，然而，发生性行为时安全套使用率有待提高，需加强对该人群的行为干预。

Objective: To understand the general demographic characteritcs among man who have sex with man, as well as mastering the AIDS-related knowledge and their sexual activity.Methods: Taking the respondent driven sampling method to promote the men who have sex with man population in Wuhan.Choosing the first man who has sex with man as"seed"to take the survey and giving him some cards to recruiting other man who have sex with man to investigate.We offered some fee for the man who took the survey.Results:456 people were involved in this investigation, the number of effective questionnaires was 436;95.61% of the questionnaires were effected.(The investigation found that most) men who have sex with man were between 20 to 40 years old.63.53% of them thought of themselves as gay.45.87% of them searched compan-ions from internet.Men who have sex with man on AIDS-related knowledge varied between different educational backgrounds.The condom use rate of the lately man who have sex with man sexual intercourse was 68.83%.Conclusion:Most of the men who have sex with man were adults;they had a certain understanding of AIDS knowledge.Condom use rate among man who have sex with man sexual intercourse need to be raised, so, it's necessary to enhance behavioral interventions.
