从总体上分析社区中医药服务的现状，认为目前中医药服务在社区卫生服务的利用率不高，中医药在预防保健、养生康复方面的优势没有得到有效发挥，其深层次原因是人才队伍的服务能力较弱。基于多层次结构理论对社区中药团队健康服务能力进行剖析，从中医基本服务能力、中医特色服务能力、和中医创新服务能力3个维度对社区中医药团队健康服务能力进行解析，构建社区中医药团队健康服务能力，并在此基础上提出提升社区中医药团队健康服务能力的路径，为提高社区卫生服务机构的中医健康服务能力提供参考。

In general, this paper analyzed the present situation of the community service of traditional Chinese medicine, pointed out that the traditional Chinese medicine in service in community health service utilization rate is not high.Traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention health care, health rehabilitation advantage didn't get effective play due to that the talent service ability is weak.Based on the theory of multilevel structure, this article analyzed the Chinese medicine health service ability in community group from three respects: TCM basic service ability, TCM characteristic service ability and TCM innovation service ability.On the basis of the community team ability of Chinese medicine, this paper further proposed the improving path of Community health service team ability of traditional Chinese medicine and provided a reference for impro-ving the community health service institutions of traditional Chinese medicine health service ability.
