全面深化改革，促进经济社会的持续健康发展，对地质工作的发展提出了新要求。通过分析我国地质科技人力投入、资金投入、科技成果以及转化与应用现状，归纳总结出我国地质行业的科技投入机制不完善、科技成果供给与需求相脱节、科技服务工作水平亟待提高、地质勘查科技人才问题亟待解决、知识产权保护不健全、国际合作仍需加强等问题，为地质工作的发展尤其是地质科技工作的改进提供了依据。

Comprehensively deepening reform and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy have presented new requirements for the development of geological work. Through analysis of the investment on manpower and expenditure in scientiifc research, funding, the commercialization and application of research ifndings, this paper points out the main problems that we face in the work of geology. These problems are: system for investment in science and technology is not perfect; a poor combination between the supply of scientiifc and technological achievements and demand; science and technology service level needs to be improved; scientiifc and technological personnel issues must be solved; the protection of intellectual property rights is not sound; and international cooperation still needs to be strengthened.
