基于产业转移特点，构建以土地保障与监管工作流程为核心的土地利用技术集成框架，明确集成方法、系统架构和工作原理，以皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区为例进行集成和示范应用。结果表明：以工作流为核心的产业优选、用地保障、空间引导和用地监管的集成系统，可以实现产业用地的合理保障和有效监管，具有一定的参考价值和应用前景。

By using the industr ial transfer characteristics, establishing land use technology integration framework, stating clear integrated methodology, system architecture, and principle of operation, the integration and demonstration application has been carried out by taking the industrial shift demonstration area of the city cluster along Anhui-Yangtse River as an example. The results show that using the integrated system that is composed by industry optimization, land safeguard, space navigation, and land use regulation, with worklfow at its core, can realize reasonable security and effective supervision of industrial land. And this will have a certain reference value and application prospect.
