目前，临床安全用药问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。药物应用是临床治疗的重要措施，直接影响患者的生命和健康，同时也是监管最为复杂的环节。在临床安全用药内涵外延分析的基础上，针对目前临床用药安全方面存在的临床药师执业缺乏立法保障、临床安全用药监管专业化不足、缺乏长效监管机制3个主要问题，提出完善保障临床药师的执业地位的法律法规、发展行业协会建立专业化监管主体、建设药品信息体系形成有效监管措施等对策建议。

Recently, the clinical medication safety issues increasingly become the focus.Medication use is an important measure of clinical treatment which directly affects the lives and health of patients, but also the most complex aspects of supervision.In this paper, on the basis of the definition of clinical medication safety, legislation to protect the clinical pharmacists, specialized clinical medication safety supervision, long -term supervision mechanism are three main questions and learning mature experience in foreign countries.In future, relevant laws and regula-tions, supervision system, effective regulatory measures should be improved.
