Alexithymia%Emotional Labor%Nurse
目的:探讨浙江省某医院护士述情障碍对其情绪劳动的影响。方法:采用多伦多述情障碍量表和护士情绪劳动量表对浙江省某医院436名临床护士进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关分析法和分层回归分析法探讨述情障碍对护士情绪劳动的影响。结果:护士述情障碍和情绪劳动总分分别为(52.51±8.42)分和(3.32±0.65)分;Pearson相关分析显示,深层扮演、情绪表达要求均与述情障碍各维度显著负相关(P<0.05);表层扮演与述情障碍各维度显著正相关(P<0.05);分层回归分析显示,工作年限、聘用方式和述情障碍均为护士情绪劳动的影响因素。结论:护士存在严重的述情障碍,情绪劳动水平不高,护理管理者可通过干预述情障碍来提高护士的情绪劳动水平。

Objective: To explore the effect of alexithymia on emotional labor in nurses in a hospital in Zhejiang Province.Methods:436 clinical nurses were questionnaired by the Toronto Alexithymia Scale and Emotional Labor Scale.Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical re-gression analysis were used to explore the effect of alexithymia on emotional labor in nurses.Results:The total scores of alexithymia and emotion-al labor in nurses were respectively (52.51 ±8.42) and (3.32 ±0.65);Pearson correlation analysis shew that the score of deep acting and emo-tional expression were significantly negatively correlated with alexithymia (P<0.05); Surface acting were significantly positively correlated with alexithymia (P<0.05); Hierarchical regression analysis shew that the working life, employment way and the alexithymia were the influencing factors of emotional labor in nurses.Conclusion: The nurses suffered serious alexithymia, and the level of emotional labor was in the low level, and the nursing administrators could improve the level of emotional labor by intervening the alexithymia in nurses.
