目的：分析企业型社区居民的健康状况，并对不同类型社区居民的健康状况进行比较分析。方法：对体检资料进行统计学分析，主要采用频数、百分比进行描述性统计，使用卡方分析来进行组间分布比较。结果：企业型社区居民的体检异常率达到87.33%，与生活社区居民相比，两类型社区居民在疾病谱与疾病严重程度上存在着差异性，不同性别与年龄别居民的检出率在绝大多数疾病上也存在分布差异（P<0.01）。结论：企业型社区居民的健康状况与生活社区居民相比有其特异性，而针对不同人口社会学特征的企业型社区居民也应当设计相对应的健康监测与疾病控制干预措施。

Objective:To analyze the health status of entrepreneurial community residents,and to make a comparative analysis between different types of communities.Methods:The physical examination data were statistically analyzed. Frequency and percentage were used for descriptive statistical analysis. Chi-square analysis was conducted for group distribution comparison.Results:Abnormal rate of physical examination results among entrepreneurial community residents was 87.33%. Residents in entrepreneurial communities and living communities had discrepancy in the disease spectrum and disease severity. Community residents of different gender and age also had discrepancy in detection rate distribution in most kinds of diseases. Conclusion:Health status of entrepreneurial community residents have specificity compared with those of the living community residents. Health monitoring and disease control interventions are suggested to be designed for entrepreneurial community residents with different demographic characteristics.
