目前，招生难已成为中等职业学校发展的瓶颈，严重制约着中职教育的发展。思想观念的误区、以普教独尊正统的教育体制、中职自身的“三差”问题、社会劳动用工准入制度的不规范、中职发展空间的不足等是导致中职招生难的主要原因。相应对策有：一是摒弃人们的思想偏见，二是建立多元正统的教育体制，三是解决好中职自身的内部问题，四是严格执行劳动准入制度，五是拓宽发展的空间。
목전，초생난이성위중등직업학교발전적병경，엄중제약착중직교육적발전。사상관념적오구、이보교독존정통적교육체제、중직자신적“삼차”문제、사회노동용공준입제도적불규범、중직발전공간적불족등시도치중직초생난적주요원인。상응대책유：일시병기인문적사상편견，이시건립다원정통적교육체제，삼시해결호중직자신적내부문제，사시엄격집행노동준입제도，오시탁관발전적공간。
At present,enrollment difficulty has become the bottleneck of the development of secondary vocational schools and restricted the development of secondary vocational education .The article believes that the main reasons of enrollment difficulty of secondary vocational schools are as follows:mistaken ideas ,education system with general education as orthodox part ,“three poor” problem in the vocational education ,informal system of social labor access , insufficient space for the development of vocational education , and so on .The corresponding countermeasures are proposed based on the above reasons:first is abandoning people ’ s thought bias ,second is establishing various ortho-dox of education system ,third is solving the internal problems of secondary vocational education ,fourth is following a strict labor access system ,fifth is establishing a coordinated development system with secondary and higher voca -tional education .
