The auditory discrimination ability training aims to improve the hearing-impaired children to accurately and quickly identify whether there are differences between two sounds. This phase is the beginning of the brain to really know the sounds and learn how to compare different sounds. The rehabilitation training of auditory discrimination ability includes both the comprehensive and specific discrimination. This article introduce the contents and methods of auditory discrimination ability rehabilitation training, and also give a brief hearing -impaired child's IEP as an example in detail to interpret clinical auditory discrimination ability training.
