目的：探讨上半规管裂综合征的临床表现及诊治要点，以提高对本病的认识，减少误诊。方法回顾性分析3例上半规管裂综合征患者的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果3例发作性眩晕患者（女2例，男1例），经常规检查2例误诊为良性阵发性位置性眩晕，经Epley手法复位和对症治疗，患者症状好转；1例误诊为梅尼埃病，对症给予脱水治疗，病情缓解。因对上半规管裂综合征认识不足，缺乏上半规管多层面重组CT检查和特征性前庭功能检查辅助诊断而误诊。结论上半规管裂综合征临床少见且症状缺乏特异性，容易误诊，上半规管多层面重组CT检查是诊断本病并区别于其他眩晕性疾病的重要方法。
목적：탐토상반규관렬종합정적림상표현급진치요점，이제고대본병적인식，감소오진。방법회고성분석3례상반규관렬종합정환자적림상자료，병복습상관문헌。결과3례발작성현훈환자（녀2례，남1례），경상규검사2례오진위량성진발성위치성현훈，경Epley수법복위화대증치료，환자증상호전；1례오진위매니애병，대증급여탈수치료，병정완해。인대상반규관렬종합정인식불족，결핍상반규관다층면중조CT검사화특정성전정공능검사보조진단이오진。결론상반규관렬종합정림상소견차증상결핍특이성，용역오진，상반규관다층면중조CT검사시진단본병병구별우기타현훈성질병적중요방법。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome for improving awareness of this diseasse and reducing misdiagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis on the patients with superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome in our hospital and reviewing of the literature meanwhile.Results 3 patients who have vertigo (2 female, 1 male) were underwent routine examinations, exclude semicircular canal multi-planar reformation CT examination and vestibular function tests.2 patients were misdiagnosed as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and had appropriate Epley reset treatment, then their symptoms improved.1 patient was misdiagnosed as Meniere’s disease and had appropriate dehydration treatment, then her symptoms improved.Conclusion Less people suffer from superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome and their symptoms are lack of specificity, so we often make a misdiagnosis. Semicircular canal multi-planar reformation CT examination can improve awareness of superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome and reduce misdiagnosis.
