目的：了解某肿瘤专科医院抗肿瘤药物超说明书用药现状与特点。方法：依据医院临床超说明书用药备案表，统计抗肿瘤药物在适应证、剂量方案、给药途径超说明书用药的比例，结合临床申报的具体情况进行分析。结果：从药物种类分析，化疗药物与靶向药物超说明书用药比例最高，分别为78.1%与20.0%；从超说明书用药类型分析，适应证超说明书最多，比例为97.8%，给药剂量与给药途径超说明书用药分别为42.2%与10.0%。结论：化疗药物与靶向药物的超说明书用药最普遍，类型以适应证超说明书用药最常见，需予以重点跟踪分析。
목적：료해모종류전과의원항종류약물초설명서용약현상여특점。방법：의거의원림상초설명서용약비안표，통계항종류약물재괄응증、제량방안、급약도경초설명서용약적비례，결합림상신보적구체정황진행분석。결과：종약물충류분석，화료약물여파향약물초설명서용약비례최고，분별위78.1%여20.0%；종초설명서용약류형분석，괄응증초설명서최다，비례위97.8%，급약제량여급약도경초설명서용약분별위42.2%여10.0%。결론：화료약물여파향약물적초설명서용약최보편，류형이괄응증초설명서용약최상견，수여이중점근종분석。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of the off-label use of anti-cancer drugs in a cancer hospital.Methods:Based on the results of off-label medication use in Peking University Cancer Hospital, the ratio of off-label use in indication, dosage regimen and route of administration were colected and analyzed.Results:In the analysis of drug category in the anti-cancer drug off-label use, chemotherapy and target agents accounted for the greatest proportion, which were 78.1% and 20.0% respectively. Indication off-label use ranks first with the proportion of 97.8%, folowed by dosage and administration route off-label use, which are 42.4% and 10.0% respectively.Conclusion: Chemotherapy and targeted drugs are the most common ones in anti-cancer drug off-label use, mostly exhibiting as indication off-label medication, and these areas should be focused and analyzed.
