目的：探讨谢氏围手术期中医平衡康复疗法对大龄唇裂患者术前身心状态调整、术后减轻创面肿胀度、促进肿胀消褪及创面愈合康复的作用。方法：选取60例10～15岁的单侧三度唇裂患儿，随机分成两组，其中试验组较对照组手术前后增加谢氏穴位按摩法；统计各组术后上唇肿胀程度及拆线时间，然后进行比较。结果：两组患儿的肿胀程度及切口拆线早晚上存在显著差异。结论：谢氏围手术期中医平衡康复疗法能明显减轻唇裂患儿术后肿胀程度，加速伤口愈合，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토사씨위수술기중의평형강복요법대대령진렬환자술전신심상태조정、술후감경창면종창도、촉진종창소퇴급창면유합강복적작용。방법：선취60례10～15세적단측삼도진렬환인，수궤분성량조，기중시험조교대조조수술전후증가사씨혈위안마법；통계각조술후상진종창정도급탁선시간，연후진행비교。결과：량조환인적종창정도급절구탁선조만상존재현저차이。결론：사씨위수술기중의평형강복요법능명현감경진렬환인술후종창정도，가속상구유합，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effects of TCM balance rehabilitation therapy for older children with cleft lip preoperative physical and mental state adjustment,postoperative wound swelling, alleviate swelling faded and wound healing promoting of rehabilitation of Xie shi perioperation period. Methods Sixty 10~15 year- old children with cleft lip were collected and randomly divided into two groups.One is taked TCM acupressure method after surgery;The other surgical control group before and after the conventional method is adopted,the wounds heal naturally. Results Both The degree of swelling and the time of Take out stitches wound is Significant differences. Conclusion The degree of swelling of cleft lip postoperative reduced obviously by TCM balanced perioperative medicine rehabilitation therapy.It is especially useful for severe cleft lip in old patients.
