目的：介绍两种矫正Ⅲ型乳头内陷的方法及并发症发生率，比较两种手术方法的优劣。方法：回顾分析25例（46侧）Ⅲ型（重度）未育女性患者，分别应用两种手术方法，统计并发症的种类及发生率。结果：方法一感觉异常发生率为3.18%，（7/22侧）、哺乳功能障碍发生率为81.82%（18/22侧），方法二的复发率为8.33%（2/24侧）。结论：两种术式矫正乳头内陷后外形均较好，但对哺乳功能的保留方法二更有优势。
목적：개소량충교정Ⅲ형유두내함적방법급병발증발생솔，비교량충수술방법적우렬。방법：회고분석25례（46측）Ⅲ형（중도）미육녀성환자，분별응용량충수술방법，통계병발증적충류급발생솔。결과：방법일감각이상발생솔위3.18%，（7/22측）、포유공능장애발생솔위81.82%（18/22측），방법이적복발솔위8.33%（2/24측）。결론：량충술식교정유두내함후외형균교호，단대포유공능적보류방법이경유우세。
Objective To introduce two methods to correct the type Ⅲinverted nipple and to evaluate the complication, Compare the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of operation method. Methods Retrospective analysis of 25 cases (46 sides) in patients with type Ⅲ (severe) childless women, the application of two kinds of surgical methods respectively, the type and incidence of complications.
