目的：探讨冠延长术在前牙固定义齿修复中的作用。方法：选取28例患者34颗前牙进行了冠延长术,最少于6周后行固定义齿修复。于修复后6个月、1年，2年随访复诊。检查内容包括边缘密合性，牙龈健康状况以及咀嚼功能。结果：研究表明，在：2年的随访过程中，97%的修复体边缘密合性、牙龈健康状况及咀嚼功能良好。1颗牙因根折被拔除。结论：冠延长术在修复前牙牙体缺损至龈下的患者效果理想，可广泛应用于前牙的保存修复。
목적：탐토관연장술재전아고정의치수복중적작용。방법：선취28례환자34과전아진행료관연장술,최소우6주후행고정의치수복。우수복후6개월、1년，2년수방복진。검사내용포괄변연밀합성，아간건강상황이급저작공능。결과：연구표명，재：2년적수방과정중，97%적수복체변연밀합성、아간건강상황급저작공능량호。1과아인근절피발제。결론：관연장술재수복전아아체결손지간하적환자효과이상，가엄범응용우전아적보존수복。
Objective To study the clinical results of crown lengthening surgery in anterior fixed partial denture treatment. Methods 32 anteriors in 28 cases were selected as abutments of fixed partial dentures.These teeth were performed with crown lengthening surgery,at least 6 weeks after which the fixed dentures were manufactured.The patients were recalled for evaluation postoperatively,at regular intervals of 6months,1year and 2 years respectively. The factors of evaluation included the marginal situation,the gingival health and masticatory function. Results The study showed that during the periods of 2 years,97% have excellent marginal fit、gingival health and masticatory function.One teeth was extracted because of root fracture. Conclusion For subgingival anterior tooth defection,the crown lengthening surgery is reliable and ideal choice in aesthetic dentistry.
