针对目前火箭橇试验中弹车分离方法的局限性,提出了使用弯曲滑轨实现弹车分离的方案,计算弯曲滑轨尺寸参数,设计弯曲滑轨结构.建立了弯曲滑轨的有限元模型,并以某型火箭橇试验条件为依据,对其进行动响应分析.分析结果表明:弯曲滑轨仅有少量单元失效,整体未破坏;滑轨最大变形量小于0.5 mm ,弯曲滑轨能够满足试验需求.该弯曲滑轨的设计和分析方法对火箭橇试验的实施具有理论指导意义.

The limitation of missile‐vehicle separation in the rocket sled test was introduced .The scheme for using curved railway track to realize the separation of missile‐vehicle separation is put forward ,the size parameters of the curved railway track are calculated ,and its structure was designed . The finite element model of the curved railway track is established .Its dynamic response is analyzed based on the boundary conditions of a rocket sled test .Analysis results show that the curved railway track ,which only has a small amount of unit failure ,is not damaged as a whole;The curved railway track maximum deformation is less than 0 .5 mm .It can meet the test requirements .Design and analysis methods of the curved railway track have theoretical guidance for the implementation of the rocket sled tests .
