为了研究金属磁流变光整加工装置设计中用导磁性材料对平行布置磁极进行连接引起的加工区磁场的变化规律,对金属磁流变光整加工中平行布置磁极进行改进,以改进后的加工区磁场为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件对加工区磁场的强度和分布进行了仿真分析并对磁场强度进行了实际测量.研究结果表明:平行磁极布置改进后,靠近导磁材料区域磁力线分布密集,连接部位磁力线最为密集,远离导磁材料区域磁力线分布相对稀疏;平行磁极布置改进后纵向磁感应强度的分布出现了较明显的区域差异,呈现出中间加强两端减小的变化趋势,纵向磁场中部磁感应强度平均提高0.01 T .平行磁极布置改进后,加工区内磁场方向没有发生变化,磁场强度分布均匀性变差,中部磁场强度有所增加.

In the design of metal material M R finishing device ,in order to study the variation of magnetic field w hen parallel arrangement of magnetic poles are connected by permeability material , parallel arrangement of magnetic poles is improved .Magnetic field in processing area is treated as the research object which is simulated and analyzed in the software of ANSYS in the perspective of magnitude and distribution of magnetic field .The results show that magnetic flux is dense in the area which is close to permeability material ,is sparse in the area which is away from permeability material and is densest in the connecting area;The sectional distribution difference of magnetic flux density in longitudinal direction is apparent w hen the parallel arrangement of magnetic pole is improved and it takes on the following variation tendencies :the central area is strengthened and the area close to the end is weakened .The magnetic flux density of the central area in the longitudinal direction is enhanced by 0 .01 T on average .After the parallel arrangement of magnetic pole is improved the direction of magnetic flux has no change ,but the distribution uniformity of magnetic flux density is worsened and the magnetic flux density in the central area is strengthened in the manufacturing area .
