目的：探讨妊娠合并心脏病患者的临床治疗方法及效果。方法对本院收治的48例妊娠合并心脏病患者临床资料展开回顾分析。结果本组行剖宫产者30例（62.5%），心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级者剖宫产28例（62.22%），心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级者剖宫产2例（66.67%）。48例孕妇无1例死亡，49胎儿（1例双胎）死亡6例（12.5%）。结论对妊娠合并心脏病患者开展积极围产保健监护与心脏病治疗，能够显著降低患者心衰发生率，从而改善妊娠结局。

목적：탐토임신합병심장병환자적림상치료방법급효과。방법대본원수치적48례임신합병심장병환자림상자료전개회고분석。결과본조행부궁산자30례（62.5%），심공능Ⅰ～Ⅱ급자부궁산28례（62.22%），심공능Ⅲ～Ⅳ급자부궁산2례（66.67%）。48례잉부무1례사망，49태인（1례쌍태）사망6례（12.5%）。결론대임신합병심장병환자개전적겁위산보건감호여심장병치료，능구현저강저환자심쇠발생솔，종이개선임신결국。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of pregnancy with heart disease patients and its effect,Methods 48 cases of pregnancy with heart disease patients of our hospital a retrospective analysis of clinical data.Results Of line cesarean section 32 cases (66.67%), cardiac function gradeⅠ-Ⅱof 24 cases of cesarean section(61.54%), cardiac function gradeⅢ-Ⅳcesarean section 6 cases (85.71%); Heart failure in 2 cases were cesarean section. 48 cases of maternal mortality in 3 patients (6.25%), 49 (1 case of twins) fetal death 6 cases(12.5%). Conclusion Active in patients with pregnancy with heart disease among health care with heart disease treatment, can signiifcantly reduce the incidence of heart failure patients, so as to improve the pregnancy outcome.
