为了解决量子点容易团聚的问题,在水溶液中原位合成了CdTe量子点与多壁碳纳米管的复合物,研究了多壁碳纳米管对CdTe量子点形貌及其荧光性能的影响。研究结果表明,CdTe量子点与碳纳米管复合后,CdTe量子点的团聚体尺寸由复合前的200 nm减小到50 nm ;在530 nm处产生荧光猝灭,表明碳纳米管与CdTe量子点之间存在着光诱导电子转移。光诱导转移作用有效提高材料内部电子转移效率,为制备性能可靠的光伏器件提供可能。
為瞭解決量子點容易糰聚的問題,在水溶液中原位閤成瞭CdTe量子點與多壁碳納米管的複閤物,研究瞭多壁碳納米管對CdTe量子點形貌及其熒光性能的影響。研究結果錶明,CdTe量子點與碳納米管複閤後,CdTe量子點的糰聚體呎吋由複閤前的200 nm減小到50 nm ;在530 nm處產生熒光猝滅,錶明碳納米管與CdTe量子點之間存在著光誘導電子轉移。光誘導轉移作用有效提高材料內部電子轉移效率,為製備性能可靠的光伏器件提供可能。
위료해결양자점용역단취적문제,재수용액중원위합성료CdTe양자점여다벽탄납미관적복합물,연구료다벽탄납미관대CdTe양자점형모급기형광성능적영향。연구결과표명,CdTe양자점여탄납미관복합후,CdTe양자점적단취체척촌유복합전적200 nm감소도50 nm ;재530 nm처산생형광졸멸,표명탄납미관여CdTe양자점지간존재착광유도전자전이。광유도전이작용유효제고재료내부전자전이효솔,위제비성능가고적광복기건제공가능。
To overcome the problem of significant clustering of quantum dots ,the composites of CdTe quantum dots and multi‐walled carbon nanotube(MWNT) were prepared in aqueous solution .The effects of MWNT on the morphology and properties of CdTe quantum dots were analyzed .The results showed the fluorescence strength of CdTe quantum dots at 530nm was greatly annihilated after incorporation with MWNT ,which showed the presence of strong photoinduced electtron transfer between CdTe and MWNT .In addition ,composited with MWNT ,the clustering effect of CdTe quantum dots was decreased significantly ,whose size was changed from 200nm to 50nm .The strong light‐induced electron transfer between the carbon nanotubes and CdTe quantum dots may provide a process to gain reliable performance of photovoltaic devices .
