为了实现根据检测数据判别故障状态和计算各执行单元对相应故障状态的隶属度,结合自动故障诊断系统的特点,在传统故障树基础上提出了检测数据主导故障树模型。定义了检测状态主导故障树,建立了故障树拓扑结构,根据C800型摩擦焊机润滑系统特点建立该系统的故障诊断算法。实验结果表明:在0~16 M Pa压力范围内,该算法能够根据压力参数有效识别系统故障状态,并计算出各底事件对相应故障状态的隶属度。
為瞭實現根據檢測數據判彆故障狀態和計算各執行單元對相應故障狀態的隸屬度,結閤自動故障診斷繫統的特點,在傳統故障樹基礎上提齣瞭檢測數據主導故障樹模型。定義瞭檢測狀態主導故障樹,建立瞭故障樹拓撲結構,根據C800型摩抆銲機潤滑繫統特點建立該繫統的故障診斷算法。實驗結果錶明:在0~16 M Pa壓力範圍內,該算法能夠根據壓力參數有效識彆繫統故障狀態,併計算齣各底事件對相應故障狀態的隸屬度。

For the purpose of judging fault status according to measured parameters ,and calculating membership degree of bottom events for corresponding intermediate event ,a state led fault tree model is proposed on the basis of traditional fault tree and the characteristics of auto fault diagnose system .The state led fault tree is defined ,the topological structure of the fault tree is structured ,and the fault diagnose algorithm is proposed according to the characteristics of C800 lubrication system .Simulation experiments are performed at pressure range 0 ~ 16 M Pa .Experimental results show that the new algorithm can identify system fault status based on the pressure parameters ,and can calculate membership degree of bottom events for corresponding fault status .
