目的：为提高心血管内科9名新护士基础护理及专科护理能力，熟练开展基础护理及专科护理工作。方法制定心血管内科新护士系统培训细则及分期考核计划，将整个培训内容分为四个模块开展培训。结果9名新护士培训前后理论知识及操作技能考核平均分均显著提高（P＜0.05），护理业务能力达到了培训目标。结论心血管内科新护士模块化系统培训方法能显著提高护理人员基础及专科护理能力，是一种较理想的培训方法。

목적：위제고심혈관내과9명신호사기출호리급전과호리능력，숙련개전기출호리급전과호리공작。방법제정심혈관내과신호사계통배훈세칙급분기고핵계화，장정개배훈내용분위사개모괴개전배훈。결과9명신호사배훈전후이론지식급조작기능고핵평균분균현저제고（P＜0.05），호리업무능력체도료배훈목표。결론심혈관내과신호사모괴화계통배훈방법능현저제고호리인원기출급전과호리능력，시일충교이상적배훈방법。
Objective To improve nine new nurses in department of cardiovascular medicine basic nursing and specialist nursing ability, to carry out basic skilled basic nursing and specialist nursing.Methods Develop of cardiovascular medicine systems training new nurses details and staging of evaluation plan, the entire training content is divided into four modules .Results 9 new nurses before and after the training theoretical knowledge and skill test average scores were signiifcantly improved (P<0.05), nursing practice ability to achieve the training objectives . Conclusion The modular training systems for department of Cardiovascular Medicine, s new nurse can signiifcantly improve the ability of basic and specialized nursing , is an ideal training methods .
