目的：对两种不同途径溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的效果进行研究和分析。方法本次所选的资料均来自本院2013年3月～2014年5月收治的下肢深静脉血栓患者66例，采用数字分析法，将其均划分为对照、研究组，每组各33例，单纯给予对照组患者静脉药物溶栓治疗，研究组患者采用导管接触溶栓治疗，对两组治疗的效果以及一般资料进行回顾性分析。结果经治疗后，研究组明显优于对照组，两组比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予下肢深静脉血栓患者导管接触溶栓治疗的效果较为显著，值得在临床中推广和应用。
목적：대량충불동도경용전치료하지심정맥혈전적효과진행연구화분석。방법본차소선적자료균래자본원2013년3월～2014년5월수치적하지심정맥혈전환자66례，채용수자분석법，장기균화분위대조、연구조，매조각33례，단순급여대조조환자정맥약물용전치료，연구조환자채용도관접촉용전치료，대량조치료적효과이급일반자료진행회고성분석。결과경치료후，연구조명현우우대조조，량조비교차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론급여하지심정맥혈전환자도관접촉용전치료적효과교위현저，치득재림상중추엄화응용。
Objective Thrombolytic therapy with two different methods to study the effect of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and analysis. Methods the information of the selected from our hospital in March 2013-May 2014 treated 66 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, using numerical analysis method, it is divided into control, the team, each group of 33 cases, simple control group patients' intravenous thrombolysis drug treatment, group were treated by catheter thrombolysis treatment, the contact of two groups of treatment effect and general data were retrospectively analyzed. Results after treatment, the team was better than control group, two groups are signiifcant difference, statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis catheter thrombolysis treatment effect is signiifcant, worthy of popularization and application in clinical.
