本文研究了铝合金接触网构件材料在模拟典型大气环境中的腐蚀,结果表明,在不同大气环境中,铝合金在城市环境中的腐蚀性最强,其次是工业环境,海洋环境腐蚀性最弱。接触网构件表面的局部破损会引起腐蚀加重,且破损面积越大腐蚀越严重。而接触网构件和不锈钢偶接形成电偶腐蚀,较大程度的加重了接触网的腐蚀。
本文研究瞭鋁閤金接觸網構件材料在模擬典型大氣環境中的腐蝕,結果錶明,在不同大氣環境中,鋁閤金在城市環境中的腐蝕性最彊,其次是工業環境,海洋環境腐蝕性最弱。接觸網構件錶麵的跼部破損會引起腐蝕加重,且破損麵積越大腐蝕越嚴重。而接觸網構件和不鏽鋼偶接形成電偶腐蝕,較大程度的加重瞭接觸網的腐蝕。

In this work, the corrosion of aluminum alloy in the media simulating atmospheric environments was studied, with which the fitting parts of overhead contact system. The results show that the corrosion rate of aluminum alloy in the media simulating urban atmospheric environment is the highest, higher in the medium simulating industry atmospheric environment and the lowest in the medium simulating marineatmospheric environment. The serious corrosion of aluminum alloy parts results from the local damages on the surface. The larger the damage area is, the more serious the corrosion is. The galvanic corrosion, which was caused by the coupling aluminum alloy parts with stainless steel parts, can aggravate the corrosion of aluminum alloy parts.
