目的：探讨糖尿病性心脏病的治疗和预防措施]。方法选取本院收治的320例糖尿病心脏病患者作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组160例。结果比较分析两组患者在血脂水平、心功能、血糖达标率等方面的各项参数，治疗组患者明显优于对照组，组间比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在采用常规降糖治疗的基础上，应用营养神经以及改善微循环等措施，对糖尿病性心脏病的治疗和预防有着显著效果，值得临床应用和推广。

목적：탐토당뇨병성심장병적치료화예방조시]。방법선취본원수치적320례당뇨병심장병환자작위연구대상，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조160례。결과비교분석량조환자재혈지수평、심공능、혈당체표솔등방면적각항삼수，치료조환자명현우우대조조，조간비교차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재채용상규강당치료적기출상，응용영양신경이급개선미순배등조시，대당뇨병성심장병적치료화예방유착현저효과，치득림상응용화추엄。
Objective to study the treatment and prevention measures of diabetic heart disease. Methods select our hospital 320 cases of diabetes, heart disease patients as the research object, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 160 cases in each group. Results a comparative analysis of two groups of patients in blood lipid levels, heart function, blood sugar success rate of each parameter, the treatment group was better than control group, patients with more signiifcant difference between groups, with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion in the conventional hypoglycemic treatment, on the basis of application of trophic nerve and improve microcirculation and other measures, to the treatment and prevention of diabetic heart disease have a significant effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
