用新材料电极与石墨电极对真丝绸电化学染色的半染时间t1/2、活化能E与槽电压U和温度T的关系进行了初步探讨。结果表明:伴随槽电压U和温度T的增加,使用新材料电极染色比石墨电极染色的半染时间t1/2降低,活化能E降低。说明新材料电极染色优于石墨电极染色,为寻找最佳的材料电极拓宽了视野。

The relationship of half-dyeing time (t1/2) and activation energy (E) with the voltage and temperature of bath were investigated during silk electrochemical dyeing using graphite electrode and new material electrode. The results indicated that with the increase of bath voltage and temperature, t1/2 and E using new material electrode decreased compared to that using graphite electrode. This showed that the new electrode had advantage over graphite electrode in silk electrochemical dyeing, which expanded horizon for selecting of optimal material electrode.
