采用旋转挂片法对G105在8%的KCL溶液中的缓蚀剂进行筛选;通过缓蚀剂加入前后极化曲线的变化,分析了缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理;根据滞后环实验,研究了缓蚀剂在8%KCL溶液中对G105的点蚀抑制作用。结果表明:(1)2%含硅复合缓蚀剂(水玻璃)+10mg/L HEDP+15mg/L氯化锌缓蚀效果最好,其缓蚀率高达98.5%;(2)缓蚀剂的加入对腐蚀反应的阴极过程有明显的抑制作用,同时对腐蚀反应的阳极过程也有一定的抑制作用,该缓蚀剂是以抑制阴极过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂;(3)对点蚀有很好的抑制效果。

채용선전괘편법대G105재8%적KCL용액중적완식제진행사선;통과완식제가입전후겁화곡선적변화,분석료완식제적완식궤리;근거체후배실험,연구료완식제재8%KCL용액중대G105적점식억제작용。결과표명:(1)2%함규복합완식제(수파리)+10mg/L HEDP+15mg/L록화자완식효과최호,기완식솔고체98.5%;(2)완식제적가입대부식반응적음겁과정유명현적억제작용,동시대부식반응적양겁과정야유일정적억제작용,해완식제시이억제음겁과정위주적혼합형완식제;(3)대점식유흔호적억제효과。
The corrosion inhibitor of G105 steel in 8%KCl solution was selected by weight-loss test( rotary coupon method).The relevant corrosion-inhibition mechanism was discussed in terms of the polarization curve, and the restrain action on pitting corrosion of G105 steel in 8%KCl solution was investigated by the hysteresis loop. The result showed that: (1)2% of silicon compound corrosion inhibitor(water glass) + 10 mg/L HEDP + 15 mg/L ZnCl2 had the best effect, the inhibition efficiency was up to 98.5%.(2)The inhibitor can effectively suppress the cathodic process, at the same time, it have an inhibitory effect on the anodic process. It is belong to the mixed corrosion inhibitor. (3)Had a good restrain action on pitting corrosion.
