为研究碳纤维复合材料发动机罩行人保护性能,与同结构金属发动机罩进行了对比试验验证。试验结果表明,碳纤维复合材料发动机罩的头部合成加速度峰值比金属发动机罩平均低30%,在结构加强位置类似的情况下,其更有利于降低头部伤害值;碳纤维复合材料发动机罩对发动机舱内布置影响较小;碳纤维复合材料发动机罩在受到行人头部冲击后能够保证结构的完整性,有利于降低事故维修成本。
為研究碳纖維複閤材料髮動機罩行人保護性能,與同結構金屬髮動機罩進行瞭對比試驗驗證。試驗結果錶明,碳纖維複閤材料髮動機罩的頭部閤成加速度峰值比金屬髮動機罩平均低30%,在結構加彊位置類似的情況下,其更有利于降低頭部傷害值;碳纖維複閤材料髮動機罩對髮動機艙內佈置影響較小;碳纖維複閤材料髮動機罩在受到行人頭部遲擊後能夠保證結構的完整性,有利于降低事故維脩成本。

In order to study the pedestrian protection performance of hood made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), we perform test validation and compare it with metal hood of the same structure. Test results show that using CFRP hood, the synthetic acceleration peak value of the pedestrian’s head is 30% lower than that of the metal hood on average, this is more helpful to reduce the injury to the head with similar position of reinforced structure. CFRP hood has little influence on the engine cabin package, and this kind of hood can ensure the integrity of the structure after being impacted by head of pedestrian, which is conducive to reduce the maintenance cost.
