针对某前置后驱乘用车在一定发动机转速范围内产生车内轰鸣声的现象,建立了该车传动系统的扭振理论计算模型,获取了传动系统的扭振模态信息。进行了该车传动系统扭振强迫振动计算分析与扭振测试,验证了理论计算的准确性,并明确了该车低速轰鸣声是由传动系统扭振导致,进而可采取相关措施降低扭振幅值,避免低速车内轰鸣声产生。
針對某前置後驅乘用車在一定髮動機轉速範圍內產生車內轟鳴聲的現象,建立瞭該車傳動繫統的扭振理論計算模型,穫取瞭傳動繫統的扭振模態信息。進行瞭該車傳動繫統扭振彊迫振動計算分析與扭振測試,驗證瞭理論計算的準確性,併明確瞭該車低速轟鳴聲是由傳動繫統扭振導緻,進而可採取相關措施降低扭振幅值,避免低速車內轟鳴聲產生。

To research the interior booming noise of a FR car occurring in a certain engine speed range, we build a theoretical model for drivetrain torsional vibration and obtain torsional vibration modal information. Then by means of forced vibration analysis and torsional vibration test, the accuracy of the theoretical calculation is verified. It is shown that the low speed booming noise of the car is caused by the torsional vibration of the drivetrain, therefore corresponding measures can be adopted to reduce amplitude of torsional vibration, and thus avoid low speed interior booming noise.
