通过单轴拉伸试验和单搭接剪切试验,得到胶的拉伸和剪切应力-应变曲线;分别用线弹性和超弹性模型作为胶的材料模型,对拉伸和剪切过程进行仿真。仿真与试验结果对比表明,用超弹性模型能更准确模拟胶在剪切和拉伸作用下的力学行为。用该模型模拟风挡玻璃与车身的连接,分析PMMA玻璃替代、无机玻璃、夹层玻璃对白车弯曲刚度和扭转刚度的影响。分析结果表明,PMMA风挡玻璃质量仅为无机玻璃质量的60%,对车身静刚度的贡献量与无机玻璃相近。

The stress-strain curves of tensile and shear for glue are obtained from the uniaxial tensile and lap shear tests respectively. The tensile and shear process are then simulated with linear elastic and hyperelastic models as material model of glue, and the simulation results are compared with test data, which shows that the hyperelastic model can simulate glue’s behavior more accurately under tensile and shear loading conditions. The hyperelastic model is used to simulate the connection between windshield and car body, and the effects of substitution of unorganic glass and laminated glass with PMMA on torsional and bending stiffnesses of BIW are analyzed. The results show that while PMMA windshield has only 60% weight of inorganic glazing, it has similar contribution on automotive body static stiffness.
